We had to call in [...]]]> We officially crossed over the threshold into parenthood last week. Four days of “parenting”, while both my husband and I were sick with the stomach flu. It was awful.

With a hyper six and a half month old, we didn’t have the luxury of sleeping and watching movies all day. We had to call in backup (Nan), so the little guy would get some fun time AND we would get some soup.

I came home to find my husband on [...]]]> Last weekend I went shopping, leaving the little one at home with his dad.  He had gone down for a nap just before I headed out, so I was thinking he would nap for an hour (hour and a half tops) and then have some dad playtime.

I came home to find my husband on the sofa – computer in lap, no baby.  He had slept the entire two hours that I was gone.  Seriously baby!?  Am I that loud??

He sometimes smiles in his sleep, but the laughing is something brand new.

He is so cute I could cry!
